ENOUGH WITH THE UNNECESSARY DEATHS!!!!!!!!

Why are so many good people dying?  I know what the Bible says, but when so many are praying the wrong thing over someone, my faith for their healing as I speak against the cancer is outweighed by so many other’s faith that the surgery will go well.  This is just wrong, and why there are so few that I want to pray for my family.  It is not  God’s will for His children to die painful, agonizing deaths.  Jesus himself said:  The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.  John 10:10.

Need more?

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.  Isaiah 53:5.

Or He is the LORD who healeth all thy diseases.[1]   Notice that it says ALL, not some, not all but cancer.  ALL: each and every one! There are no exceptions or limitations.

His name is JEHOVAH-RAPH: “The Lord Who Heals” (Exodus 15:26) – “I am Jehovah who heals you” both in body and soul. In body, by preserving from diseases, and by curing them when afflicted with them and in soul, by pardoning their iniquities.”[2].  I hear you out there!  “But that is Old Testament”, you say?   Ok, then…

Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.  1 Peter 2:24.  (Past tense, it has already happened!)

What stripes?  The approximately 1053 stripes that were inflicted during the 39 lashes administered during Jesus’ scourging. [3]

There you go.  That is New Testament.  So, why isn’t it working?  Because so few preachers are preaching it, and “the church” isn’t reading their Bible, getting to know the Lord’s ways.  They do not have “the mind of Christ” [4] and know what to believe, speak, and do.  So often the “Church”  has more faith in the Doctor’s word than in Jesus’ Word, it seems.[5]  I hear time and again, “Once the cancer gets there, they don’t have long.”  and, “The Doctor said they don’t have long now.”  Very seldom do I hear Scripture quoted over the ill or infirmed such as “With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.” (Psalms 91:16)  or ” I (you) shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.” Psalms 118:17

What about,

And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.[6]   Why?

Mark 11:22-24

(22) And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

(23) For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. (24) Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

James 2:26 says, “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.”

Hmmmmmm! According to the Word, if we have faith we will have evidence of prayers answered, the sick healed, the oppressed delivered, and all the other signs in Mark 16:17,18.  I don’t mean in some big evangelist’s meeting.  Jesus himself said they would follow them that believe.  That means you when you pray for someone in the grocery store or K-mart.  You say that you believe and have faith?  Show me your works.

Jesus left another great promise to those that believe:

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. (John 14:12)

According to our works, do we believe?
